I am urgently seeking a highly skilled Vice President of Channel Sales for the USA. This is an excellent opportunity to work for a market leading group organisation with 9 excellent brands within the group. They are very known in the broadcast industry and their products are very much the products of choice within this field.

As part of their sales strategy they are creating this exciting new role for a Vice President Regional Channel Sales for the USA. We seek a pro-active, no non-sense, direct individual with proven leadership ability to mark their mark and establish a footprint within their sales team. You will be no stranger to performance management in order to upskill existing sales team and manage out if needs be. You will lead a team of 9 sales individuals, some sales co-ordinators, inside sales team and marketing.

Responsibilities:

* Sales of all brands and growth of revenues through all Channels (dealers/ distributors/ OEM), including key partners
* Performance management of existing Channels and upgrading/ replacing as appropriate
* Drive behaviour with the team, that focusses on developing business plans aimed at growth within the tiered partner group
* Working in collaboration with Channel Marketers continue to develop and work within the Tiered Partner program
* With Channel marketing develop and implement Channel growth strategies
* Margin management of all brands within approval levels
* Lead and motivate the Channel Sales team to deliver revenue generating activities
* Track and monitor individual performance and implement appropriate improvement measures on a continual basis
* Lead Inside Sales Teams (SOP and inside sales) to deliver added value beyond simply sales order processing
* Implement motivational incentive programs which focus on delivering improved results for teams as well as partners
* Implement continuous skills development programs for External and Internal sales teams
* Work in partnership with Strategic and other peers to deliver Divisional objectives
* Prepare and execute sales budget plans for Region with accompanying business plans
* Manage cost within annual budget limits and flex as a function of performance
* Ensure that there is a proper pipeline management process in place and that SalesForce is fully implemented and utilised
* Report performance management through effective implementation and use of KPI's

Location - Must be based on the East Coast.

Technology background, or Electronics, or Automotive preferred.

Salary - Between $200,000-$250,000 basic salary + 40% bonus + Medical + Car allowance
