My client a leading asset management firm are looking for an administrator/client reporting specialist. The successful candidate will be expected to quickly develop an in-depth understanding of the firm's investment products, funds, accounts and client base, and be confident in dealing with clients directly; experience in the finance industry is therefore desirable.

Key Responsibilities:
. Distribution of monthly, quarterly, annual reporting to investors and associates
. Ownership and maintenance of fund distribution lists
. Dealing with client requests and queries as necessary
. Maintaining up-to-date records of activities in the team's CRM system

Essential Skills:

- Team player with excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Excellent Stakeholder management skills essential
- Ability to communicate effectively
- Previous experience in a Client Reporting role
- Previous experience working in the financial industry
- Familiarity with a CRM system
- Familiarity with Vermillion Reporting Suite
