Verification Engineer (Signal Integrity)

Yoh has a 12 - 18 month contract opportunity for a VERIFICATION ENGINEER - SIGNAL INTEGRITY to join our client in Tacoma, WA.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
- The Verification Engineer will be a technical contributor for a product server design team, validating signal-integrity solutions for high-end server products.
- Participate in testing and debugging efforts that will be on next generation high speed I/O (PCIe Gen 3, 10Gb Ethernet, etc) and high speed Storage busses (SAS, SATA).
- Perform signal integrity analysis, design of experiments, and verification using state-of-the-art tools and methods.
- Perform lab measurements, evaluate and analyze bus signal quality to check that designs meet signal integrity specifications.

JOB QUALIFICATIONS:
- B.S. or MS in EE, ECE, CS or related subject matter.
- Professional experience with Signal Integrity for board design required.
- Strong fundamentals in electromagnetic laws and applications.
- Experience with CAD, Synopsys HSPICE, Agilent ADS, 2-D field solvers, Ansoft HFSS or CST.
