Vendor Relationship Officer (m/f)

Projektbeschreibung
- Your mission will be to help the company in the day to day work within a negotiation process
of an offshore agreement. - Your principal tasks will be essentially administrative. Rates,
dates and understanding high-level scope and will mostly be using the company’s standard templates and reports. - Bilingual English/French you will be able to write the contracts in
English and to communicate with the locals in French. - Negotiation and commercial skills are
an asset.

- Corporate and risk awareness
- Understanding of vendor management/governance and relationship management
structures - Understanding of sourcing/outsourcing methodologies
- Understanding of contracts including legal, commercial and business objectives and interpretion of same
- Change management
- Bilingual skills (English/French) is required
