I am recruiting for a VENDOR MANAGER to focus on the performance of service delivery for a number of key suppliers, based in Dublin, Ireland.

Working for a leading telecoms operator, potential candidates MUST have worked in a mobile network environment, managing vendor relationships and supplier agreements.

Desired skills/past experience to cover;

*Excellent in depth knowledge of managed service agreements
*Maintaining positive and timely supplier agreements and vendor relationships
*Strong understanding of the network rollout delivery process and procedures including; Operational performance, Delivery Precision, Quality and Health & Safety compliance
*Significant mobile network rollout knowledge - 2G, 3G, LTE requirements
*Liaising with and managing sub-contractors in other departments, covering acquisition, build, design and construction and reporting timelines and progress to senior management and stakeholders
*Must have strong understanding of civil, construction and build procedures for network rollout - also liaising with landlords for rooftop and greenfield sites
*Managing multiple agreements in a multi vendor environment
*Must be very familiar with liaising with field services team - deployment/assurance/systems integration
*Conducting weekly/monthly/quarterly service performance reviews with all operational teams and third party suppliers
*Strict adherence to ITIL v3/Prince2 corporate standards
*Performing deep route cause analysis to identify issues & risks and deal with them appropriately
*Maintaining strict SLAs to the service performance framework
