Vendor Management System Deployment (PM), English & German, Contract

On behalf of our client, leading bank in Switzerland, Swisslinx is looking for a Project Manager for the Swiss deployment of a selected vendor management system.

- Acting as Project Lead striving to finish the project according to the agreed scope, time and budget
- In partnership with the selected third party providers, ensuring that there is an effective PMO structure pro-actively supporting all aspects of project management including planning and forecasting, documentation, quality management, risk management and communication and ultimately successful deployment
- Leading individual workstreams within project structure

TO BE CONSIDERED FOR THIS ROLE YOUR CV MUST REFLECT THE FOLLOWING SKILLS:

- Exemplarily Project Management processes, methods and skills
- Knowledge and proven experience of successfully deploying a SAS solution
- Thorough understanding of procure to pay (P2P) principles and environment
- Ability to operate in a dynamic and matrixed organization
- Strong MS Office skills including MS Project knowledge
- Direct VMS (vendor management systems) such as Fieldglass or Beeline exposure
- MSP implementation skills
- Recruitment Process Outsourcing (RPO) related experience or Professional Services Sourcing experience (sound understanding of external staff sourcing)
- Excellent communication skills (English and German)

This is a 6 months contract to start ASAP (100%) and located in Zurich.
