Vendor Contracts Coordinator

The GLOBAL RETAIL IT VENDOR MANAGEMENT/CONTRACTS COORDINATOR is a tactical and operational contributor to our enterprise client's IT organization. As a tactical contributor, you will assist with the selection and implementation of a Contracts/Vendor Management tool, and identifying and implementing process improvements, best practices and dashboards. From an operations perspective, you will coordinate, monitor and assist with selection of vendors and negotiation of vendor contracts across a range of areas. This role requires technical expertise and working knowledge of various types of IT contracts (eg, hardware purchase agreement, software license agreement, hosting agreement, support and maintenance agreement, professional services agreement, etc.) and of the vendor selection process. You will report to the Sr. Manager, IT, Global Retail Vendor Management/Contracts.

The successful candidate will have IT contracts/technology contracts experience (3-7 years' experience preferred), eCommerce experience is a plus.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES(2) vendor performance metrics; (3) regular vendor strategic review meetings; and (4) monthly Vendor Management/Contract Status dashboards to the Global Retail IT Leadership team
- Assist with coordination and input from internal stakeholders if/when projects/contract terms have Global IT departmental and/or corporate cross-organizational implications
- As a member of the Global IT Retail leadership team, this person will provide backup to other members of the team and get experience in how Global Retail IT organizations run from an operations perspective, including brick and mortar stores and eCommerce channels
