SKILLS REQUIRED:

- Experience in handling Change and Vendor management function
- Awareness on Infrastructure & applications
- Good Analytical skills
- ITIL V3F certification

JOB DESCRIPTION:

- Manage the interaction between vendors and internal program delivery leaders to provide adequate visibility of interdependent initiatives and programs
- Liaise with procurement partners to review, report on and revise contractual agreements as necessary
- Manage outward communication to vendors to facilitate understanding and awareness of organizational strategic direction, changes and challenges
- Responsible for ensuring that the Change Management process is being followed correctly
- Maintains Continuous Process Improvement on a regular basis
- Identifies and documents changes that by-pass the Change Management process and provides information to the SMO to address compliance requirements
- Reviews PIRs within assigned areas to ensure completeness, actively participate
- CR quality monitoring
- Initiates and Tracks active SIP's
- Actively participate in CAB calls, and ensure required stakeholders participate
- Maintain and update accurate CMDB
- Ensure CMDB is updated post every successful change
