The CAPITA CIPHER RECRUITMENT TEAM, part of Capita's Workplace Services division, are looking for a VENDING COORDINATOR to join their team based in Maidenhead until December 2013.

Since 2008, the CIPHER managed service team work alongside the Government to provide interim resource recruitment. The objective of this opportunity is to successfully place interim candidates across the Cipher Managed Services Framework to ensure achievement of business plan and team objectives.

Our Vending Coordinators main duties' will include but not be limited to the following:- - Develop and maintain relationships with agency suppliers ensuring adherence to process and procedures;
- Build and maintain information on the Client in order to better understand their business and requirements
- To keep all records on the e-recruitment software up to date on a Real Time basis
- Adherence to agreed recruitment delivery strategies, including vacancy management, detailed qualification of all direct vended roles, submission, offer and new starter process;
- Responsible for proactively searching, selecting and profiling suitable candidates using all resources available
- Provide detailed and timely feedback after CV submission and interviews within 48 hours
- Build and develop strong relationships with the Client Relationship Managers, ensuring open communication and the two-way sharing of resourcing-related information
- To action any issues arising from the Candidate Feedback Surveys, implementing solutions to avoid similar future issues and escalating to the Team Leader where necessary
- To be a flexible team player, assisting colleagues and providing cover as required, participating fully in all team and company meetings

To be successful in your application, we are primarily looking for individuals who have demonstrable experience working in the recruitment industry, preferably in a delivery capacity.

Our VENDING COORDINATORS are process driven and focused on delivering an exemplary customer service experience. Alongside excellent written and verbal communication skills, our VENDING COORDINATORS are experts at working to tight deadlines in a fast moving environment, with the ability to liaise with and influence candidates, clients and 3rd parties at all levels.

They must be able to work successfully in a team, with a professional attitude and presence, while maintaining autonomy and self-motivation.
