Vehicle Investment Delivery Co-Ordinator Central Belt 6 Months

*VEHICLE INVESTMENT DELIVERY CO-ORDINATOR CENTRAL BELT 6 MONTHS*

To co-ordinate, implement and ensure the effective and efficient delivery of Scottish Waters vehicle investment and replacement programme of: 1100 light goods vehicles and 200 heavy goods vehicles. Ensuring that outputs are achieved as agreed in the vehicle and plant replacement plan within time, budget and quality standards.

KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES/TASKS

- Implements milestone, cost & risk activities from ordering to disposal of vehicle assets. To include creating, recording and documenting all necessary information in discussion with suppliers and end users.
- Carries out monthly reporting utilising data from internal and external sources. Provides information into the corporate systems in relation to milestones, cost & risk. Assists in the reporting of Management Information within Customer Vehicle Team and Business Function leadership team.

- Managing the delivery of various vehicle specifications, including conversion.
- Vehicle Purchasing.
- LCV and HGV specifications creation
