Vehicle Interface Validation Engineer x 2

POWERTRAIN TECHNOLOGIES AREA:

· EMEA Powertrain Engineering - Controls System Development - DS and GS High-End Engines à activity related to critical analysis of customer requirements and check list implementation based on customer requirements, engine functions, vehicle interface functions, functional diagnosis validation.

ROLES, RESPONSIBILITIES AND POSITION DETAILS:

· Validation of engine control s/w integrated in different vehicle applications

· Non regression test between different s/w releases

· Validation activity on vehicle

· Validation activity on HIL

· Vehicle/Engine requirement specification document analysis

· Experimental activity on vehicle to be executed in development phase, check list execution for testing vehicle functions integration

· Check list definition on engine/vehicle functions

· Analysis of open item coming by validation activity (using the supplier implementation document)

· Failure tracking on application/fleet, problem solving

· Good know-how of INCA Etas tool, diagnostic equipment (customer tester, Scan tool)

· Activity on diagnostic features: protocol verification on CAN UDS, fault injection analysis

· Diagnostic standard ISO/SAE know-how, Good know-how of CANAnalyzer Vector tool

• Etas INCA version 7.0

• Vector CANalyzer version 7.6

• CANCASE con 1 LIN e 1 CAN

• EOBD PROTEUS
