VEEVA CONSULTANT (SALESFORCE)
Veeva Consultant (Salesforce) required for a long-term project starting in early July. The Veeva Consultant (Salesforce) will be required to work with client stakeholders on Salesforce enablement area to provide expertise (functional, technical) to ensure successful coordination and resolution of operational issues.
Duties may include:
- Implementation of incident resolution and closure, completing root cause analysis
- Estimating effort required to support bug fixes including requirements, design, development and testing
- Ensuring daily/weekly/monthly/quarterly data loads occur successfully and any QC issues identified are escalated and resolved.
