My client is looking for someone who is available immediately, and can interview people tomorrow or early next week. We are looking for a VDI Engineer/Specialist.

The role:
End-to-end design of a Hyper-V 2008 R2 Solution.

About you
You are already an experienced Virtual Desktop Infrastructure (VDI) Specialist
Demonstrable in-depth 3rd line support and troubleshooting experience within highly customer-focussed business critical environments
Excellent written and verbal communication skills

Essential Certifications & Technology
MCSA or MCITP
Hyper-V
Windows Server
Windows 7
AD / DNS / GPO / KMS / DHCP / DFS
vSphere
Terminal Services

Desirable but not essential:
Proven background in IT infrastructure delivery projects, playing a central hands-on role

The role will be based in Greater Manchester, and last for an intial 6 months
