Context of the mission
Financial Consultant-IT Development Background
My client is looking for an external consultant to develop a tool able to:
*Calculate at any moment the transfer prices of their mortgages
*Valuate their mortgages portfolio monthly (per selection of product or on the whole portfolio)
*Provide the duration, yield to maturity of their portfolio
*To provide excel sheet that can give the prices or valuation for one contract
*To analyse the parameters that have to be used in the tool (refinancing rate for example)
*To provide documentation and training on the tool and it's coding.
Mandatory 5-10 years
*Good knowledge in financial modelling (option pricing)
*Modelling of mortgages
Mandatory-Technical
*Excellent knowledge of MS Office Tools, Excel, VBA
Mandatory-Functional 5-10 years
*Experience in solution analysis
*Deep knowledge and experience of financial modelling
