VBA Developer-Master Data Management Programmer

LOCATION:  Metro Atlanta (Peachtree City)

TYPE:  Contract/6months +

Responsible for overall department Master Data Management solutions including design, implementation, testing, maintenance, and end-user training in a Microsoft centric environment.

QUALIFICATIONS:

3+ years of experience required in:

RDBMS Design and Implementation (Access, SQL Server, or equivalent RDBMS)

MS Excel complex formulas and data modelling.

MS Access queries, modules, and data macros.

VBA, to incl integration between MS Office products (Excel Access, Outlook).

Writing SQL (via SQL Tools), and Connecting to varied disparate data sources via ODBC, OLEDB, etc.

Good problem-solving ability

Commitment to deliver solutions when promised

Must be able to work with minimal supervision.  

Owns initiative from inception to execution.

Microsoft Office Power User of Excel and Access

Solid experience with VBA, specifically between Excel, Access, and Outlook.

Microsoft Office Automation including (DAO, ADO, ODBC, OLEDB)

Create and modify Excel Pivot Tables via Office Data Connections

Experience writing T-SQL

Experience with Data Validation processes

Crafting reliable, efficient, and creative database solutions to a large user base (100 users)

SKILLS DESIRED (any of these skills a definite Plus):

Excel PowerPivot, PowerView

SQL Server Reporting Services (SSRS)

SharePoint 2013

.NET Development (Web/Mobile devices)

SharePoint/MS Access 2013 Data Macro solutions
