VB.NET, SQL, Scrum (Linq, Lambda, WCF) - Starting January - Good knowledge VB.NET 4.0 (linq, wcf, lambdas) - SQL knowledge (preferably oracle, but they do not look at, change ms SQL to oracle is not great) Least 24 months Full time professional experience in. NET - Knowledge of SCRUM (here it is 'not' used anymore, they have certain elements from gescrum acquired but not all) - Visual Studio 2010 (there is normally shortly switched to VS2010) - Knowledge of different design patterns (factory pattern, composite, strategy, ...)
