My massively expanding mobile services client, now have a requirement for an experienced VB.NET developer to join them on a initial 6 month contract which is likely to extend. You will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining applications. This role includes working through all aspects of the software development lifecycle, meeting estimated target dates, creating individual work plans, stakeholder communication, quality assurance, development methods/techniques, testing, implementation and execution.
Ideally you will have exposure in the clients industry but this is not a pre-requisite
Your Technical Expertise;
* VB.net, C#.net, ASP.net, C#
* GUI development experience : ASP, XML, XSLT
* SQL Server, Oracle, etc.
* Experience in the design and development of software projects
* Object-oriented development experience
* Experience developing in an IDE
