VAS Operations consultant (Ericsson Skilled): NWI client is urgently seeking the skills of a Value Added Services consultant who is skilled with the nodes of MiO 2.0.2 (SMSC/MMSC/VMSC) & MSP 5.3.
Primary Duties Following VAS protocols including as SMPP, SS7, Sigtran, IP knowledge Data base monitoring and check
- Working for continuous improvement to achieve customer satisfaction
- Technical and leadership skills
- Help customers identify their issues, needs and requirements.
- Traffic monitoring
- Traffic management/analysis
Knowledge:
- Knowledge of SS7 protocols
- Knowledge of SMSC/MMSC/VMSC/MSP
- Good knowledge in operating systems like Windows, Linux/Sun Solaris and etc.
- Good knowledge in database like MySQL, SQL, Oracle and etc.
- Good knowledge of Shell Scripting.
- Good knowledge in Network, Switch, Router, Firewall, TCP/IP protocol and etc.
- Good Troubleshooting skills.
- Good communication/presentation skills - Good social and communication skills
