Variable Pay SAP HCM SuccessFactors Consultant - Contract - Netherlands

My client, an established leader within the SAP HCM market, is looking for a highly skilled and technically passionate SuccessFactors consultant to join their rapidly growing team in the Netherlands.

The ideal candidate will come from a HR/payroll background with a strong experience implementing SuccessFactors Variable Pay', as well as having knowledge of SAP.

The key responsibilities of the role will be to implement the SuccessFactors module Variable Pay'. As an expert you will be providing advice and support to other teams, as well as performing technical and functional duties.

Technical Specification

- 1 minimum implementation in Variable Pay
- Certified in Variable Pay
- Employee Central Certification is desirable but not essential

Person Specification
