Validation Technician-Santa Clara, CA-5 Month Contract

VALIDATION TECHNICIAN SANTA CLARA, CA 5 MONTH CONTRACT

Software Validation position will be part of our high-visibility clients Imaging and Camera Group.

Duties include but not limited to:

- Build of FFRDs, RVPs, Customer Prototypes
- Replication of customer/Engineer reported bugs; Filing/update bugs on issues
- Automation of tasks using any Scripting language (Shell, Python preferred)

REQUIRED SKILLS:

- Scripting, spreadsheet reporting, any Windows OS installation up to Windows 8.1
- Android use and build up
- Engineering validation background
- Software QA or Q&R R&D work
- Ability to drive given tasks own their own with minimum supervision
- Out-of-the-box thinking skills a plus
- Solid and quick learner, able to handle multiple items/issues at once
