Validation Team Lead (Testing, Life Sciences, Clinical)

A leading life sciences business in Amsterdam are urgently seeking a strong Test Manager to undertake a year long assignment as Validation Lead for a major programme.

The successful Validation Lead will be responsible for providing leadership for assigned projects and coordinate IT technical determining business project planning; cost estimation, assigning validation project responsibilities; negotiating project deliverables

Essential skills requirements include:
- 5 years+ Test Management
- Prior experience as Validation Lead
- Experience authoring Validation Plan, Design Specification, IQ, OQ & PQ Protocols, Traceability Matrix and Validation Summary Reports
- Life sciences experience, ideally in a clinical setting (GxP knowledge)
- Thorough, applied understanding of SDLC and Project Methodologies.
- Expert stakeholder and 3rd party supplier management
- Strong off shore team management experience
