Validation Manager

Our client is a pharmaceutical company and is looking for a Validation Manager to replace the current Validation Manager of one of their production units during his leave. The Validation Manager will work at our lcient until at least the end of the year.

The Validation Manager:

. coordinates and manages the validation activities within NPI facilities and all transposable validations related to life cycle (eg filter validation)
. establishes and updates the validation strategies and policies
. coaches and coordinates the implementation of the continuous validation plan and request of process changes activities in order to maintain the validation and RA status of existing facilities and systems
. manages all the connected processes to the validation expertise like SOP management, validation database management, training management, RA processes, interaction with QA and other support departments or implementation of operational excellence tools

The Validation Manager is/has:

. fluent in French
. more than 5 years of experience in management of validation activities within the pharmaceutical industry
. ability to manage, coach and develop the validation team (direct reports)
. ability to work transversally with different departments (QA, QC)
. ability to manage the budget and the contracts (eg. contingents) relating to continuous validation activities
