Validation Engineer Job

VALIDATION ENGINEER needed for a contract opportunity with Yoh's client located in INDIANOLA, PA.

THE BIG PICTURE - TOP SKILLS YOU SHOULD POSSESS:

- 2-5 years' experience working on process and manufacturing equipment validation
- Proven ability to demonstrate analytical capabilities (including modelling, simulation, statistical analysis, analytical design tools, etc.
- Experience in technical writing and execution of Design of Experiments and validation Protocols/reports

WHAT YOU'LL BE DOING:

- Technical writing and execution of Design of Experiments and validation Protocols/reports.
- Develop and execute Test method validations (TMVs), IQ/OQ/PQ validations, and software validations.
- Collaborate with Controls Engineer in the Development of Software Design Documentation for Custom Automation systems.
- Support Project Manager throughout the Automation Development Process to ensure all necessary documentation is complete as dictated by the Automation Project checklist.
- Define and document technical requirements associated with Automated manufacturing systems in the form of an RFP/URS (Request for Proposal/User Requirement Specification)
- Participate in the implementation of advanced automated manufacturing technologies. Manage collaboration and teamwork between internal operations staff and production enterprise members to ensure that projects are completed on time, within budget and with minimal production impact.
- Active participant of system PFMEA.
- Author Master Validation plans

WHAT YOU NEED TO BRING TO THE TABLE:

- BS in Engineering (ME or EE)
- Technical writing and execution of Design of Experiments and validation Protocols/reports.
- Develop and execute Test method validations (TMVs), IQ/OQ/PQ validations, and software validations.
- 2-5 years' experience working on process and manufacturing equipment validation.
- Direct experience within the medical device industry is strongly preferred.
- Experience with automated assembly and packaging automation highly desired.
- Proven ability to demonstrate analytical capabilities (including modelling, simulation, statistical analysis, analytical design tools, etc.).
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Skilled at persuasion and consensus building in a team environment
