About the company

Our client is a well established pharmaceutical manufacturer specialised in end to end drug manufacturing solutions. With offices in Europe, Asia and the United States they have a global reach. The facility in the Netherlands provides cGMP manufacturing for OSD, softgel and sterile dosage forms.

Due to a high demand for their services and a full pipeline they're now looking to reinforce their validation team with a freelance validation engineer for a 6 month contract.

About the role

As a validation engineer your main responsibilities are the development and execution of protocols and reports, mainly for new equipment of the QC lab. This will include both multiple smaller projects as well as supporting the senior engineers is larger validation projects. It's a dynamic work environment where you're able to do a large variety of projects.

Ideally your profile looks like this:

*BS degree in Process Technology or other relevant area
*A couple of years work experience working in similar pharmaceutical environments
*Experience with in writing and executing validation protocols and detailed documentation
*Professional English written and oral communication skills (Dutch not required)
*Living the Groningen area or willing to relocate in a short period of time
*A bonus would be some experience with audit and/or FDA inspections
*Able to work in high pressure environments with changing priorities
