*Experience with troubleshooting and complex issue resolution
*Good interpersonal, organizational and communication skills (both oral and written) and demonstrated skills in team Matrix working.
*Proven ability to deliver technical reports
*Proficient in Microsoft Office programs.
*Proficient in use of Minitab statistics package
*Background in process development
*Experience in Equipment Qualification (protocol generation and protocol execution)
*CfPIE CPVP qualification
*BSI training courses on PV
