UX Account Manager (Agency) - Manchester - UX design - Agile - Human-Centred methods

My client, a leading media company in Manchester, is looking for an experienced User Experience Account Manager to join their team on a contract basis.

Responsibilities:

- Create ground-breaking user experiences on four screens (TV, Desktop, Mobile, and Tablet)
- Work closely with UX&D's Creative Directors and Heads of Design to help deliver great design projects and fantastic work on time and on budget
- Support the stakeholder engagement for UX&D
- Support the delivery of highly creative work and implement and execute specific strategic UX&D initiatives
- Create and develop inspiring design presentations (eg in PowerPoint or Keynote) with members of the Creative Leadership Group

Requirements:

- Media/Broadcast experience
- An outstanding portfolio showing work on mobile, tablets, and web
- Educated to degree standard or equivalent, ideally with a specialism in Marketing or Design
- Substantial experience of project and account management in a design/digital media consultancy or very similar environment
- Extensive experience in Human-Centred methods for User Experience Design
- A good understanding of Agile Development methodologies
- Strong project management and Stakeholder Management skills
- An understanding of what makes great design - someone with a "good eye"
