UX/UI Manager/HTML/CSS/Axure/Wireframing/Prototyping

UX/UI Manager/HTML/CSS/Axure/Wireframing/Prototyping/User experience/User Interface UX/UI MANAGER Currently working with a leading organisation within the aviation industry who are undergoing major digital transformations and looking for a UX/UI Manager to join them on a long term contracting basis.

YOUR ROLE

- You'll be in charge of defining and maintaining the strategy and goals of the organisation and translating them into actionable prototypes for every project.
- You'll be the coach and support system for the UX/UI team and raising the bar for their UX/UI skills.
- You'll ensure consistency of user experience across all channels devices.

DESIRED EXPERIENCE

- Master degree (Business or IT) or equivalent through experience in a related function;
- Excellent knowledge of English, both spoken and written;
- 3 year experience in prototyping/wireframing (as main job)
- Assertive, ability to take ownership of the job and to work autonomously, flexible and able to cope with an ever changing environment;
- Able to work under pressure in a busy environment and perform the necessary flexibility in favour of our operations

TECHNICAL SKILLS YOU'LL NEED

- Wireframing/prototyping, high level expertise with UI/UX tools like Axure or similar
- Good understanding of design principles (page composition, visuals, colours )
- Good understanding of HTML, CSS and other programming languages (no need to code)
- Good understanding of how a website works, from Front End to Back End and web services
