My online media/ internet giant based in centralLondonare seeking a UX/UI Business Analyst to join their thriving Business Analyst/ Product designer team as a result of some very strong growth throughout 2011/2012 and now into 2013

As the UX/UI Business Analyst, you will be putting yourself in the shoes of your customer; taking responsibility and ownership for the user experience standards, and be the eyes and ears of your customer to ensure the delivery on online contact and online products is as strong as possible

Provide support as necessary to Business Analysts who will also be responsible for creating user experience

This is a superb role for an experienced Business Analyst, who can bring evidence of an understanding of customer experience, and real ambition and drive to grow in this thriving media business

Day to day your role will include:-

* Work with business stakeholders and subject matter experts to capture and document business requirements both at high and detail level
* Ensure a consistent approach to requirements development and management using best practice
* Advise key stakeholders on results of analysis including presenting options to enable appropriate decision making
* Produce and manage user stories, screen flows, sitemaps, wireframes, user scenarios and functional specifications used by developers, designers and the test team

Requirements

* Experience as a business analyst
* An understanding of user-centred design processes
* Experience in analysing the usability of existing sites and making recommendations for improvements
* Experience in creating sitemaps, wireframes and creating functional specifications suitable for developers to build from
* Experience in using wireframe software packages such as Axure
