UX TEAM LEADER (M/F)

TASKS:

UX Lead is a person responsible for UX team performance.
UX Lead is a combination of:

- SME - validates result of team work and challenges before documents/solution is passed to the client
- Team Lead - manages the team

REQUIREMENTS

- Team Lead experience
- Strong communication and presentation skills
- Gathering and validating business and functional requirements with representatives from the business
- Creating user scenarios/flows to illustrate how users will use the application to complete its underlying business processes
- Building user interface concepts as blue-prints of the proposed Front End solution ensuring that the user experience architecture is aligned with the capabilities and limitations of the core platform and integration points
- Creating mock-ups of the proposed user interfaces with high-fidelity visual design, reflecting the exact look & feel of the proposed Front End solution
- Fine-tuning mock-ups based on client and user feedback
- Working with developers to ensure exact implementation of approved mock-ups and ad-hoc problem-solving in order to meet delivery timelines
- Highly experienced with User-centered design
- Innovative thinking while working within technical limitations of underlying solutions
- Highly developed wireframing skills: Visio, Axure, iRise, or other prototyping tool
- Advanced visual design skills: Adobe CS, Fireworks, or equivalent
