UX Researcher

UX Researcher wanted for our Zurich based client. Your experience / skills: University Degree in Human Factors, HCI, Psychology, Computer Science, or Social Sciences At least 4 years' working experience in user research, preferably in the software development environment Deep understanding of different research methods, including when and how to apply them during each product phase Excellent coordination skills and the ability to prioritize time between multiple projects, and be flexible by adapting to quickly changing schedules and different projects Team player with very strong oral and written communication skills and the ability to distill actionable insights from complex research findings so that non researchers can act on them Languages: fluent English both written and spoken Your tasks: Creating research plans, usability study scripts, and survey questionnaires in collaboration with other researchers, designers, product managers, and engineers Moderating usability studies and take notes for other moderators as well as conducting user interviews, competitive analysis and heuristic analysis Designing, executing and analyzing surveys along with manipulating collected survey data in spreadsheets Composing literature reviews as well as finding, analyzing and summarizing existing research reports Collaborating with other researchers, designers, product managers, and engineers to prioritize research opportunities in a fast paced, rapidly changing environment Presenting research findings to diverse audiences through written reports and oral presentations Start: 01/2018 Duration: 12 MM+ Location: Zurich, Switzerland Ref.Nr.: BH 12014 Does this sound like an interesting and challenging opportunity to you?
