For our customer we are looking for a Expert IT Analyst with experience of UX/Interaction Design
Job description:
We are looking for a senior and well experienced UX/Interaction Designer who understands the process flow of a Back Office system with documented experience of users across a distributed organization (Nordics and Baltics for example).
Our customer have built a Back Office system for Case Management within the area regulatory reporting (FATCA).
This means that we have a live system with users and functionality, which we are continuously building up and enhancing functionality for - both functional and non-functional perspective.
The costumer is now to enhance the system with functionality to support the coming CRS (Common Reporting Standard), which means New Case Types and need you to help them out - by being responsible for the enhanced end user interface design.
We need you to understand and have documented experience of working with process flows within a Back Office function - especially with enhancements.
Within your list of experience, we'll probably find documented experience from working within governmental/public or financial sector, rather large, complex and strongly regulated organizations.
We expect you to have profound experience of understanding end users to secure their interest while aligning their interest with rules/routines/policies/legal/regulatory/technical prerequisites and know the craft to ensure consistency through implementation and test.
We need you to be self-driven, creative and motivated to facilitate and ensure you get the necessary basis for your work.
You need to facilitate and drive them - that will be your mission. Your area affects 8-9 stakeholder areas.
The Back Office case management system is highly transaction intense and needs new Case types - that will be your part to ensure the enhanced UX/Interaction Design for new Case types.
One of your main team peers on this mission will be the costumers User Story Master and you will in your turn assist the GUI developer to implement the Interaction Design.
You will use Axure to create wireframes, storyboards and demos to both end users, Product Owner and implementation team. We ask you to be proficient with your tools and specify GUI screen and interfaces, prototyping (Axure) and wire-framing programs to allow you to communicate your ideas visually through quick, digital mock-ups and rapid prototypes.
This means you are active part of both gathering end user requirements; align them with regulatory, legal, process, routines and policies that apply to these new case types.
You create your wireframes and detailed UI specifications, anchor the approvals of end users and then you'll support the developers and testers as they implement and test them.
You ensure the end user quality experience of our system, from gathering the initial requirements, demos, through implementation and test.
End users are Back Office operators within Nordics, Baltics and Poland.
Your primary team colleagues are based in the distributed project teams (Stockholm, Mumbai & Bangalore): Business Analysts, User Story Masters, GUI-developers, Core Developers, testers, Scrum Master and Project Manager.

About you:
- You have a bachelor's degree within human computer interaction or equivalent.
- You have at least three years of experience in development projects based on a user centred vision, balanced by what is organisationally and technically feasible and financially viable.
- Your systematic approach to design ensures consistency, simplicity and agile development.
- You are experienced with agile or lean UX development principles.
- You are a strong listener, facilitator, presenter and communicator, both verbally and written. You are fluent in English.
- You are outgoing and a team player who can easily drive collaboration with Back Office users, business developers/analysts, developers and testers.
- You have experience in development projects in a cross country stakeholder heavy environment.
- Preferrably you have previous experience about regulatory/legislation related challenges and truly profitable if you have worked in an agile mode before, ie experience of incremental, iterative methods with iterations or sprints and demos.
