IHRE AUFGABEN:

-Planning and execution of all usability engineering activities focusing on interaction design and evaluation
-Close cooperation with other UX experts, project, requirements and risk management
-Planning, preparation and execution of formative and summative usability evaluations
-Alignment of user interface and workflow design within and beyond product lines

IHRE QUALIFIKATIONEN:

-Bachelor/Master in Psychology, Interaction Design, Usability/Human Factors or other comparable education in social science
-Education in Human Computer Interaction Design or equivalent
-Working experience in projects with hard- and software components
-Proficiency in visual design, interaction design, information architecture, and prototyping tools
-Proven record of the application of UX tools, methodologies and projects
-Proficient in translating user research results into requirements and driving ideation activities with multiple stakeholders
-Working experience in a highly regulated environment (healthcare, defence, avionics) is a plus
-Positive attitude towards people, ability to connect to a wide range of personalities
-High degree of self-organization, active information collector and connector as well as proactive problem solver
