- Proven experience of UXD for digital deliveries across a range of devices

Skills/Knowledge

- Should have expertise in conducting user and shareholder workshops for user research and research validation
- Should have experience in usability process, information architecture, persona creation, scenario and user journey creation.
- Should have ability to conceptualize and visualize concepts for Business to Employee projects, employee portals, share point projects
- Should have a portfolio detailing the candidates UX expertise
- Exceptional UX design skills, production value and attention to detail
- Should be excellent in problem solving capability
- Should have excellent oral and written communication skills
-Should have a good understanding of usability
- Strong understanding of working within modern project management methodologies (eg Agile) as well as design and development practices
- Broad business perspective and acume
- Knowledge of key factors influencing our customers, business and the IT industry
