-Set-up Governance Framework to gather and manage end-user feedback and Vendor Product Team
-Work with general UX teams to create future UX standard guidebook for reward platform
-Redesign process steps, where applicable
-Apply common standards for global accessibility and mobile access
-Act as cross-sectional function on ongoing reward platform initiatives
IHRE QUALIFIKATIONEN:
-Proven knowledge regarding UX (re-) design
-Knowledge of HR reward and compensation processes would be beneficial
-Ability to work in virtual teams and in a matrix organization
-Ability to steer vendors within contractual framework
