For our client, one of the leading companies in the social media area, we are currently hiring an UX Designer (m/f).

Location: Munich

Duration: in a limited permanent position at Nash direct/Harvey Nash Group for 12 months with option to extend

Tasks:

* As an Interaction Designer with strong visual design skills, youll tackle complex tasks and transform them into intuitive, accessible and easy-to-use designs for billions of people around the world.
* To achieve this goal, you will collaborate with teams of Designers, Researchers, Writers, Engineers and Product Managers throughout the design process
* At each stage, you will anticipate what our users need, advocate for them and ensure that the final product is useful and delightful.

* Help define the user model and user interface for new and existing client products and features
* Develop high level and/or detailed UI mockups, flows and prototypes to effectively communicate interaction and UI design ideas
* Present the user interface visually so information is easy to read, easy to understand and easy to find.
* Deliver the designs for each release by following through on details with the engineering team and driving fit-and-finish polish

Your Profile:

* BA/BS degree in Design (e.g. interaction, graphic, visual communications, product, industrial), HCI or a related field or equivalent practical experience
* A minimum of 3 years of experience as Interaction or Visual Designer
* Strong and demonstrable interaction and visual design skills and fluency on best design practices for mobile and web UIs
* Expert proficiency with Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Illustrator, Sketch and other design tools
* Ability to translate product requirements, user needs, and technical constraints into designs that have a clean design aesthetic, are technically feasible/prudent, easy to use and engaging
* Strong conceptual skills and attention to detail; a knack for interpreting loosely structured ideas and evolving them into a clean, cohesive, and captivating design
