UX Designer - Digital - Public Sector - 600 per day

UX Designer - Digital UX Designer required to work for a Central Government organisation based in London.

We are looking for a Digital UX Designer to contribute to the most demanding and exciting new digital service for the UK Government. The successful candidate will be expected to hit the ground running and lead an agile multi-disciplinary team of developers, designers and analysts.

Key tasks will include:- being an integral part of the team designing, creating and improving services and transactions,eliciting and defining business/user process flows and requirements, generate concepts, ideas and user journeys, maintain a knowledge of emerging digital trends and facilitate a consistent and excellent user experience.Technical experience should include:- expertise designing interactions for the web and mobile, sketching, design production, hand code-coded HTML CSS, rapid prototyping and have experience of working within an agile, multi-disciplinary team environment and have the ability to deliver iterative design components (including user journeys) to the development team.

The position will be based in Central London, run for 6 months initially with a rate of circa 600 per day.
