The ideal UX Designer will have the following Experience/Skills:
Key responsibilities:
* Create assets including userflows, storyboards, wireframes and prototypes
* Synthesise research in order to refine and optimise wireframes and other assets
* Direct and support my client's assigned inhouse UX designers
* Be an advocate for the quality of the user experience
Core skills:
* Strong understanding of interactive experiences, channels, and design principles
* Knowledge of mobile usability and designing native app experiences
* Proficient in creating interactive prototypes using Axure, HTML, CSS or similar
* Experienced in working within a user centred design process, based on research and analysis
* Experienced in designing to meet (W3C) web accessibility requirements
* Experience managing UX teams and with senior stakeholders
