Looking to join a world class UX team where your designs are seen and used by the entire world? We are looking for an inspiring UX Designer to help revolutionize the way people pay for goods online and offline. You will be responsible for designing rich and intuitive user experience/user interfaces for our web and mobile products. This will include web and mobile applications, widgets libraries, and tool interfaces for our existing platform, payments, and mobile environments. The designs should satisfy simplicity, ease-of-use and a rich user experience.

Our ideal candidate will work closely and collaborate with the Product team, Development, and QA to create and build the ideal experience our customers need. Deliverables encompass everything that is needed to ensure proper documentation is created by you for everyone on the team to be able to understand your vision of the right experience both from an interaction and visual standpoint. This position requires you to be self-motivated. We re a team that jumps in with both feet and does what needs to be done. you'll work independently, and perform multiple tasks under minimal supervision. you'll need to be able to deliver work on a deadline and will be critical to the overall release plan.

PRINCIPLE RESPONSIBILITIES:

- Develop, Design, and Manage the user experience for Consumer, Merchants and Developers for digital payment solutions
- Build a world-class User Experience solution that supports the needs of the team and products
- Lead multiple projects concurrently
- Develop and drive the process of User Experience Design within the company
- Spark fresh ideas that are infused in our culture and our products
- Foster a deep and rewarding collaboration with the Product Managers, Engineers, Marketers, and our customers
- Build the supporting documentation to insure success of a healthy User Experience team while delighting our customers
- Help maintain and build an easy to follow User Interface Guideline
- Provide and translate insightful data to understand customers needs through research, interviews, testing, collaboration, and brainstorming
- Capture, develop, and deliver ideas/processes that can help the company s patent portfolio
- Be an advocate for customers

QUALIFICATIONS:

- 5+ years in related professional work in UX/UI Design
- Online Portfolio Link or PDF required
- UX, Interaction and Functional Design experience
- Ability to articulate design reasoning; Wireframes
- Demonstrated knowledge in computer and mobile platforms (Apple and Android)
- Passionate about creating great user experiences to the point of obsession
- Experience designing world class user interfaces for the web and mobile
- Knowledge of visual, UI and interaction design principles with an eye for details and consistency
- Passionate about new web technologies and web techniques to help you build next gen user experiences
- Experience and understanding of Product Management and the agile process
- Ability to stand by your designs and provide solid rationale to back up your decision
- Cross-functional team leadership experience required with demonstrated results
- Experience in leading a global-scale project and team that is engaged with its customers
- Set the tools standards for the team and be an expert in the use of those tools
- Strong practical point of view of User Experience
- Experience in consumer payment, E-commerce preferred
- Some Mobile, cross device and/or Prototyping experience a plus
- Proven ability to work independently, provide guidance and direction to help others attain their goals
- Excellent written and oral communication skills
- B.S./B.A degree
