UX Consultant/Senior UX Designer

Zetman is currently working with a well established niche eCommerce Consultancy who is looking for a UX Consultant to join their team on a 3m rolling contract based in Russia. The successful candidate will have the opportunity to work on an enterprise scale project with a leading retailer in its native country. Please note this role is based out of Moscow 5 days per week (Mon-Fri) flights are included flying out Mon AM and back Fri PM. 

Main duties and responsibilities

- Meet and collaborate with clients to identify business and user requirements and communicate results to the interdisciplinary project teams.
- Bring strong creative, conceptual and problem-solving skills to translate conceptual ideas (business needs and user goals) into interaction and design solutions.
- Access data from multiple sources (product requirements, tech constraints, UX research, Web analytics) and synthesize it in order to develop efficient user scenarios, taxonomies, classification schemes, navigation systems, design patterns, etc.
- Apply knowledge of usability, human factors, and the UX process to complete user experience of the product.
- Create and effectively present UX deliverables (wireframes, workflows, prototypes, etc.) to explain and negotiate design solutions to key stakeholders.
- Develop and deliver Front End design assets (graphics, HTML, CSS, Javascript, MasterPages, XAML, etc).
- Collaborate with engineering teams on design & development integration.
- Develop competitive assessments and perform site heuristic reviews.
- Help define UX performance metrics and perform post-development usability testing to validate business needs and user goals.
- Create, maintain and share project documentation and UX guidelines after project execution.
