UX & Business Analyst

Intuition IT is looking for an UX & Business Analyst for a client in Brussels.

1. Your job is to deliver the best possible user experience and guarantee consistency in ux patterns across all digital touchpoints of the brand.
2. In order to do so, you need to gain thorough insight in the different subjects at hand by desktop research, interviews and contacts with representatives from business, processes and IS departments.
3. Next you will need to analyse the different subjects from a clear customer/end user perspective taking into account the characteristics, constraints and possibilities of the internal administrative platforms with which needs to be integrated. Design, develop and respect the UX.
4. You will design & document the to be situation according to the AG Project Methodology (going from a conceptual blueprint to detailed user requirements) and organize & drive the validation of your business requirements by the different representatives from business & methods departments.
5. Hand over and explain your business requirements to the development team (IS) so they can be challenged and implemented. Monitor the integrity of the requirements, also in the development phase.

Quality assurance

1. Elaborate the test scenario's for your requirements to assess the quality of the delivery of the different components.
2. Test the application in order to validate the final delivery of the new components to our clients.

Mandatory skills:

Business analysis (5 years)
UX analysis, Back End integration, Mobile applications (3 years)
Microsoft Office (Windows, Word, Excel, PowerPoint) (3 years)
Wireframing/prototyping tools (Balsamiq, Axure) (3 years)
Project management methodology
Sound knowledge in English, Dutch and French

Responsive websites
Personas, Style guides & Patter libraries
Creation of business information models
Testing: functional & multi-device testing
MS Visio, HTML, Javascript, CSS
