Proteus Europe is searching for a TRI-LINGUAL (French, Dutch, English) UX and Business Analyst to begin a 24 month contract in Brussels, Belgium

Our Client:-
Our client is a large player in the Insurance industry. They are based in the centre of the beautiful city of Brussels, Belgium.

Your New role:-

We are actively searching an experienced UX and Business Analyst to describe the Functional and UX requirements of various digital touch points of our client. This person will have to demonstrate a specific profile described below.

Define the business requirements:

Your job is to deliver the best possible user experience and guarantee consistency in ux patterns across all digital touchpoints of the brand.
In order to do so, you need to gain thorough insight in the different subjects at hand by desktop research, interviews and contacts with representatives from business, processes and IS departments.

Next you will need to analyse the different subjects from a clear customer/end user perspective taking into account the characteristics, constraints and possibilities of the internal administrative platforms with which needs to be integrated. Design, develop and respect the UX .

You will design and document the to be situation according to the clients Project Methodology (going from a conceptual blueprint to detailed user requirements) and organize and drive the validation of your business requirements by the different representatives from business and methods departments.

Hand over and explain your business requirements to the development team (IS) so they can be challenged and implemented. Monitor the integrity of the requirements, also in the development phase.

Quality assurance:

Elaborate the test scenarios for your requirements to assess the quality of the delivery of the different components.

Test the application in order to validate the final delivery of the new components to our clients.

1. Document Objective

Current document aims to describe the mission expectations and most particularly the main operational objectives and services that are expected to be delivered. Services listed in this document are describing the most accurately possible the mission content however the list could not be considered as strictly exhaustive as mission content could of course evolve over time.
This document is communicated at the beginning of the mission and should be signed by the consultant.

2. Job Description:

The UX and Business Analyst will join the UX team and participate as a team member to realization of the team objectives, which can briefly be described as:

- Define the standards (styleguides) for our clients digital touchpoints
- Deliver the UX requirements for each touchpoint through a thorough business analysis process, reconciling both customer, business and ux needs and within our clients Governance process.
- Test the quality of the delivery.

3. Reporting:

A weekly reporting is expected allowing to assess progress. Reporting should list the performed activities and their status.

Essential Skills:-
-UX analysis

-Back End integration
-Mobile applications
-Very good knowledge of Microsoft Office tools (Windows, Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
-Project management methodology
-Wireframing/prototyping tools ( Balsam iq, Axure)

Desirable Skills:-
-Creation of responsive websites
-Working with personas
-Definition of style guides and pattern libraries
-Creation of business information models
-Testing: scenario writing and execution, functional and multi- device testing
-MS Visio
-HTML
-Javascript
-CSS
