Projektbeschreibung

UX Architect - Norwich/York

As the largest insurance services provider in the UK we, at Aviva, take our relationship with our customers very seriously. We want to get closer to our customers through better understanding of their needs and by providing products and services that they want.
A new and exciting role has arisen in Aviva's User Experience and Digital design team. We are actively recruiting for a Lead User Experience architect to be based in Norwich or York with willingness to travel.

You will provide usability, UX Design and accessibility subject matter expertise to digital deliveries via project engagement, consultancy and strategic vision of Aviva's digital customer experience.

Passionate

- You should live and breathe UX, new consumer technologies and the broader, omni-channel aspects stretching beyond digital mediums to deliver a complete customer experience
- You will be visible in the field of UX outside of Aviva - bring in external view points to the team and wider organisation and share the thinking done internally with the wider community (as appropriate)
- You will have experience of successfully delivering world class user experiences through Agile methodologies and will be a powerful advocate of the methods used to do so.

Bold

- Relentlessly being the voice of the customer, your high customer centric morals mean that you will speak up no matter who the audience, and have the credibility and skills to persuade.
- Your resilience comes from awareness and understanding of the wider business issues. You will have enough courage and conviction that 'bumps in the road' to the execution of the strategy won't drive it off course.

Creative

- You believe that where there are problems there are opportunities and will seek to use your understanding of the creative process to tackle difficult situations head-on and find alternative solutions.
- Although you'll be well versed in web standards and best practice, you won't be afraid to try new approaches and techniques - striving for innovative ways to delight our customers.

Personable

- The ability to persuade and influence is based on your ability to build relationships - working collaboratively with team mates, digital peers, managers and stakeholders.
- You will motivate and inspire team members and stakeholders with your enthusiasm and deep subject matter expertise. Actively seeking opportunities to promote best practice as well as new thinking/approaches
