Utilization Review Registered Nurse (RN) Job

UTILIZATION REVIEW REGISTERED NURSE (RN) needed for a CONTRACT JOB opportunity with Yoh's client located in LANDSDALE, PA.

THE BIG PICTURE - TOP SKILLS SHOULD YOU POSSESS:

- Registered Nurse

WHAT YOU'LL BE DOING:

- Work with LPN and Administrative Assistant to manage the appeals
- Educate clients about our process
- Review medical record documentation and reports for completeness
- Communicate with our clients and experts to facilitate the reviews
- Each nurse works together with an Administrative Assistant, who handles the clerical aspects of the position

WHAT YOU NEED TO BRING TO THE TABLE:

- Current RN license
- clinical experience
- Intermediate computer proficiency with emphasis in Microsoft applications and the Internet
- Strong oral and written communication skills
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines and attention to detail

BONUS POINTS! OTHERWISE KNOWN AS PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:

- Bachelor's degree preferred
- Case management or managed care experience
