Utilization Review Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) Job

UTILIZATION REVIEW LICENSED PRACTICAL NURSE (LPN) needed for a CONTRACT opportunity with Yoh's client located in Lansdale, PA.

THE BIG PICTURE - TOP SKILLS SHOULD YOU POSSESS:

- Licensed Practical Nurse

WHAT YOU'LL BE DOING:

- Work with RN and Administrative Assistant to manage the appeals
- Review, organize and electronically process medical records of medical and behavioral health procedures/inpatient stays
- Follow-up on requests for medical records from various providers
- Communicate with our clients and experts to facilitate the review process

WHAT YOU NEED TO BRING TO THE TABLE:

- Current, unrestricted LPN license
- Clinical experience
- Intermediate computer proficiency with emphasis in Microsoft applications and the Internet
- Strong oral and written communication skills
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines and attention to detail

BONUS POINTS! OTHERWISE KNOWN AS PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:

- Case management or managed care experience
