YOUR DUTIES:
- Develop a detailed user support process to support Business Intelligence releases
- Develop operating level agreements to support the operations of the user support function
- Develop User Support business processes and workflow by release and prepare documentation/guidelines
- Identify, inform and train stakeholders with User Support responsibility
- Provide advice to senior management and report regularly on progress and achievements relating to the uptake and use of the Business Intelligence toolset
- Establish a register to log and investigate user feedback to resolve BI problems and enhance user experience
- Draft documentation relating to implementation and use of BI tools by users
TO BE SUCCESSFUL YOU WILL HAVE THE FOLLOWING:
- Demonstrated experience working in a similar role within large organisations
- Proven experience and ability to work within complex business environments undergoing significant change
- The ability to build positive relationships across the Business Intelligence team
- Demonstrated ability to deliver consistent high quality deliverables with tight timeframes and competing priorities
- The ability to work autonomously and collaboratively
