USER SERVICES ADMINISTRATOR
FIELD OF ACTIVITY
The mission of the IT Security Operations section is to provide secure IT environments to enable the Client to support its business processes in the most efficient manner. This involves protecting data and IT systems. In particular, the section aims to ensure the confidentiality, integrity and availability of data, the availability of all essential components of the underlying IT architecture and the correct functioning of the associated IT processes.
The User Services Administrator will deal with normal BAU, creating access on IT systems (eg Windows Active Directory, internal the Client applications), and managing credentials for our customer facing applications such as CreationOnline and Vestima+.
RESPONSIBILITIES
Perform user administration functions necessary to add/change user accounts within designated systems and applications, following established policies and instructions.
Interact with internal users and external customers, as well as with other IT teams, to ensure the highest level of customer satisfaction is achieved.
Assist the help desk and provide support to end users on a variety of issues with excellent customer service.
Track each deployment and document work using ticketing system and company procedures
Maintain appropriate confidentiality regarding user changes.
Maintain files and records of requests for new user accounts, changes to security, and signed/approved agreements.
EDUCATION REQUIREMENT
baccalauréat/A-level education.
1-2 years of technical support experience preferred.
LANGUAGE
Fluency in English.
French and or German desirable.
SKILLS
Excellent customer services with the ability to assist users and external customers.
Previous support experience is preferable.
Functional knowledge of user management tools and processes, including ticketing systems.
Knowledge of Microsoft Office suite and Windows operating system.
Good understanding of onboarding new user (eg Active Directory).
ADDITIONAL SKILLS
Strong customer service orientation.
Methodical attention to detail.
Team player and ease of communication.
Professional attitude.
Analytical mind, skill of prioritisation.
