User Researcher

My client is seeking a User Researcher to work as part of an Agile Scrum Team who are responsible for delivery a digital service.

Skills Required:

- Organizing, conducting and analysing user research through surveys, interviews, A/B testing on prototypes, focus groups, workshops, usability labs, validation testing and heuristic evaluation.
- Defining Personas
- Defining use cases and user requirements
- Understanding of Accessibility
- Experience in an Agile working environment is beneficial

Responsibilities:

- Identifying the various usergroups for the service and delivering insightful research into what those users need the service to do
- Working with a user experience and content designer to work out how best to design the service so that the identified usergroups will be able to and want to use the service.
- Present the research alongside the designers and be able to use experience and knowledge to help a senior product manager make informed decisions.
- Be proactive in reaching out to groups,organisations and individuals as necessary to get users for your research and will be able to travel to those groups when required.
