User Researcher

USER RESEARCHER - LAB TESTING, LAB RESEARCH, DIGITAL PRODUCTS/SERVICES, AGILE, RESEARCH PLANS, QUALITATIVE RESEARCH

A User Researcher with experience of Lab Testing, Lab Research, Digital Products/Services, Agile, Research Plans and Qualitative Research is required to work on a 3 month contract with the possibility of extension for a high profile Government organisation based in various sites across the UK.

This position can be based in Newcastle, London or Leeds but travel will be required to each site.

OVERVIEW OF THE USER RESEARCHER CONTRACT ROLE

- Lead on research projects with a wider team of Designers, Analysts and Developers

KEY SKILLS REQUIRED FOR THE USER RESEARCHER

- Extensive user researcher experience - lab testing/lab research
- Extensive experience of digital products and digital services
- Experience of qualitative research, including one to one interviews
- Experience working in an Agile environment
- Experience of putting together research plans and tackling strategies and problems
- Good experience leading teams from a workstream perspective not line managing
- Experience within a Lead/Senior User Researcher role

The role can be based in Newcastle, London or Leeds. Travel will be required to each location.
