User Interface Designer/Web Developer

DUTIES

As a Web Developer the candidate will have excellent written and oral communication skills to complete the specified work including:

- Support, analyse, design and useability of multiple projects and initiatives simultaneously;
- Use CSS or HTML to produce a working prototype of the Visio designed applications;
- Build functional user interfaces that simplify and enhance the user experience;
- Ability to create interaction models and process-flows for new Applications;
- Complete others tasks as required under direction from the Project/Program Managers;
- Assist with the conduct of usability testing;
- Collaborate with business analyst and Java developers to prioritise needs;

The successful candidate will be able to demonstrate:

- Experience in useability work related to projects;
- Strong written and verbal communication skills;
- Experience with and understanding of client-facing Web-based transaction systems; and
- Experience with and understanding of complex mixed-platform ICT environments.
