User Interface Designer and Developer

We are looking for a position in VIENNA an experienced USER INTERFACE DESIGNER AND DEVELOPER.

SKILLS:

- Strong experience in crafting usable and engaging interaction design, and working in agile development process.
- Fluent in creating quick and dirty prototypes (for example, animations with AfterEffects, click-throughs with Keynote, interactive prototypes with Flintos, Axure, Origami, etc.)
- Strong coding proficiency for web and/or mobile app experience (JavaScript/CSS/HTML, Objective-C, etc.)
- A clear approach to communication and documentation of interaction design concepts
- Knowledge of usability standards and usability testing.
- Demonstrated human-centered, insights-driven design approach
- Interest in user research would be a plus.

REQUIREMENTS:

- Proficiency with design and prototyping tools.
- Experience in web 2.0, cross-country projects in industries such as Finance, Retail or Internet.
- Meticulous attention to detail, the ability to work with brand identity plus a strong quality management attitude (quality, time, budget) within a cross-country, multi-background team structure.
- Bachelor's degree in graphics design, interaction design, fine arts, or a related design discipline.
- Fluent English language skills; knowledge of CEE language(s) would be a plus.
